My international speaking career started with raising my hand to speak on subjects that I enjoy and was bolstered by my talks at TEDx in Spain, Entrepreneurs' Organization in Ecuador and the Cannes Lions in France. Today, conferences, such as SXSW, and companies, such as Intel, invite me to speak about tech and diversity. Two topics I have prepared talks for are a fireside chat on Latinx Allyship, Power, and Belonging and an innovation workshop on Raising Inclusive AI: How to Keep Bias Out.
